Brian was very informative on the phone when he described my car's repairs. In person, Brian also explained my upcoming need for repairs in the near future. Gary spoke about these repairs being important for the safety of the car. Both Brian and Gary never push me into repairs, but explain their findings in easy to understand language. They don't rush me, but rather speak with me as a friend. I truly appreciate their help.
