In my opinion, Allband is trust worthy, but on the expensive side. My families safety is my #1 goal, so it's worth it to me to trust my machanic and pay a litte more. The only thing I would suggest would to offer rides to your customers, if they live within 7 miles of the shop. It would add to the experience of showng you care!

If Gary told me to park my car in the intersection of Plyers Mill and Connecticut at rush hour I'd do it on the assumption that it needed to be done. Then I'd sit with Debbie and eat candy and read the new People and pet the dog for a [not very long] while. Then I'd pay a more than fair price for the work, which would have been completed to perfection. That is how it always goes at Allbrand. The only problem is their talent for keeping my car in great shape long past the time when I would have liked to trade it in. Oh, well....I guess I'll just have to live with that.
