I've been taking my cars to Allbrand for years. Can't imagine going anywhere else, frankly. Great service, attention to detail, prompt, thorough. It's like having an immediate family member who's an expert mechanic.

As with every visit to Allbrand, they provide the most honest feedback from any mechanic out there. Gary shatters all the stereotypes. For the 2nd time he has referred me back to a dealership for work which I had no idea was covered under warranty for my 8 year old car. Each time for jobs which would have been in the thousands. I recommend this family-owned and run business to anyone who will listen. They go above and beyond. I trust both their advice and their service skills. You will not be disappointed and never feel cheated.

We have always taken our cars to All Brand since moving to Maryland. It makes a world of difference having a professional mechanic looking at your car! We have done everything from brake and oil changes to major repairs with All Brand and have been 100% satisfied every time. Gary and crew always deliver great auto care at very reasonable prices. I have shopped around, but keep coming back to their prices and fantastic service.

Called the day before and received an appointment for the very next day. Got to the shop about 30 minutes early, no issues, they took my car in immediately and before I could get back from a two block to get coffee at the 7-11, the MD state inspection was completed and the car was waiting for me. Excellent work because my time means more to me than the cost of the service.

Allbrand is honest and straightforward with the customer. They always tell you what your car needs, and what it doesn't need at the present time. They always contact the customer before beginning work so that the customer is fully-informed.

Last week my Ford Escape needed an emergency repair. Fortunately, I was not far from Allbrand Auto Service. Gary very graciously fit me into his full schedule, and had me back on the road the same day. Allbrand service is excellent and there isn't any unnecessary "up-sell."
