Gary, Debbie and Brian are so helpful, like family, whenever I call. They answer all of my questions and concerns. My car is in the best hands when it is there for repair. I love the newsletter! It has down-to-earth information that is good to learn.

I thought I had a rear brake issue but Gary and team found that is was a brake box that was no longer working due to an issue with my emergency brake. Appreciated the timely and honest service.

Allbrand is a family owned garage in Kensington, MD. After years of over spending for service repairs at the dealership, I finally decided to let Gary take care of my Audi S4. His work is superior to there work, because he cares. He wants you to be comfortable and trust the work that is performed. He doesn't try to perform any service before it is needed. He understands and values your time. We trust him explicitly with our cars, and you should too!!

Great service

While the service at Allbrand is great, my favorite thing about going to Gary and his team is ability to explain the car's issues like I'm a golden retriever. He's always thorough by showing me pictures, explaining why the issue is happening, and even tells me when I should avoid making a costly fix because of the age of my car. He recently told me to avoid investing $2k into my car for minor sound issues when I'm planning on selling the car in two years anyway. Gary has always been honest with me and texts pictures of all the replacement parts he's made (brake pads, filters, spark plugs, tire patches, etc). I arrived for my appointment, and the check up was started promptly. When it was completed, I was informed about the work done and a possible problem that should be watched. As usual, everyone was extremely knowledgable, friendly and explained everything in a clear way.
