Gary fixed my A/C promptly. He also kindly offered to keep my car in the garage until my husband and I recovered from COVID and were able to retrieve it. Good people.

A pleasant experience. Had an appointment for MD safety inspection. Gary told me after looking at the windows that the tint will not pass. He recommended me to another establishment to remove the tint. I was able to take the vehicle in and removed the tint the same day. Although he was busy, Gary was gracious enough to fit me back that afternoon to do the inspection, which was a big relief to my schedule. I appreciate his honesty, time and professionalism!!

After Allbrand did a great job in servicing our Honda, Gary sent us a text saying we could contact him if any issues arose with our vehicle. About a week after the service, we could not start our car. We called Gary after hours to explain our dilemma and told him we were at St. Paul Park near his shop. Gary said he would be right over to examine the Honda. He arrived within minutes and quickly determined that there was problem with our battery. He gave the battery a quick charge and had us follow him in the Honda to his shop. At his shop, Gary figured out that we did not need a new battery and fully charged our existing battery which had run low on power because we had run the cooling fan without having on the engine. When we asked Gary what the cost would be, Gary declined to bill us. We are in awe of Gary's extraordinary responsiveness, honesty and kindness. We would very strongly encourage everyone to use Allbrand!
